AI automation for the work your team keeps doing by hand
I build the systems that answer new leads, move data between your tools and write the first draft, so your people can spend the day on work that actually needs a person.
Where it usually helps
Leads that sit too long
A form comes in at 9pm and nobody sees it until morning. An automation can read it, reply, score it and put it in your CRM before anyone on your team is back at a desk.
Copy and paste between tools
If someone spends an hour a day moving rows from one app into another, that’s the first thing I’d automate. It’s boring work, and it’s where most of the mistakes happen.
Drafts that take too long to start
Ad variations, cold email openers, weekly reports. AI writes the first version and a person approves it, so nothing goes out to a customer without a check.
How it works
- A half-hour call. You walk me through where the time goes, and I’ll tell you honestly what’s worth automating and what isn’t.
- A plan. The two or three changes that save the most time, and what each one costs to build.
- The build. On tools like n8n, Claude and the apps you already pay for. You don’t have to switch your stack to get the benefit.
- The handover. Plain notes on how it all works. You own it, and if you want me to keep an eye on it, I can.
Who I am
I’m Dane Jorgensen. I’m a developer, but I’ve spent just as long on the marketing side (paid ads, landing pages, email, marketing automation), so I build things that know what the business is trying to sell. Most automation projects fail because they’re built by someone who’s never had to hit a lead target. That’s the gap I try to close.
What I write about
The blog covers coding, marketing, PPC, cold email and AI automation. It’s practical stuff, mostly written after I’ve solved a problem for real and want to remember how.

Got a process that eats your week?
Tell me about it. If it’s a good fit for automation I’ll say so, and if it isn’t I’ll tell you that too.
